Formentor Private Residences

Set in Mallorca´s stunning Formentor peninsula, the properties are set around the historic Formentor Hotel, designed as a hideaway for the privileged in the 1920s, and now transformed and reborn as an exclusive 21st century retreat.

The project involved a first phase exercise in destination branding, with the creation of the Formentor brand and associated marketing collateral, (by Equipo Singular), and a second phase focusing on the outstanding branded villas, which are envisaged to become “probably the most beautiful properties in the western Mediterranean”.
