The development was envisaged as the flagship of a new premium property division by our client, Metrovacesa. The villa´s architecture was inspired by the Menorcan “Taulas”, prehistoric stone monuments found only on the island.
Menorca is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and the brand and associated marketing collateral were designed to transmit sensitivity to the unspoilt territory and respect for rural Menorcan legacy.
The visual identity is the traditional Menorcan field gates or “Tanques”
