Our client Bonavista Developments presented us with this “once in a lifetime opportunity” to take on the only Barcelona Modernist palace to be comprehensively restored and returned to its original splendour and use as residences for the very privileged.

The building, which had fallen into neglect and had been ransacked, was painstakingly restored by teams of specialist artisans: tiles, woodwork, artwork, metalwork, the original lift, and the outstanding stained glass winds. Over 3 years Casa Burés was restored to its former glory, and each floor transformed into stunning designer lofts, apartments and penthouses.

The branding and associated marketing collateral were designed as a discreet framework with which to showcase the outstanding beauty of the development, which went on to be awarded Best Marketing by the International Property Awards.
