The location’s history and historical architectural heritage was our opportunity to position the project. The landmark brick factory chimney around which the buildings are arranged, was the inspiration for the visual identity, and the brick colours the basis for the colour palette.
We developed an umbrella destination brand, “dmoura business campus” and the individual naming, sub-brands and sales tools for 3 Class A office buildings, each under different ownership.
We focused on the project’s privileged position on Barcelona´s greenest new avenue within the latest area to be redeveloped in the district, its proximity to the new high speed train terminal, and the architectural concept fully inspired by Poblenou´s industrial legacy.
