Selvamar business campus

The pioneering first Class A business park to be developed in 22@ North, our mission was to confidently position the district as “the place to be”, challenging perceptions of remoteness and lack of services, and communicating the transformation, the edgy cultural and artistic scene and the dynamic new communities.

We created a bold umbrella brand, inspired by the tech industry, including individual naming and sub-brands for each of the four buildings.

With a vibrant campus community message, the sales tools included a digital leasing brochure, commercial floor plans, a landing page, 3D visuals and video by our partner agency Forma Disseny. We also produced the inauguration event and designed the campus signage.
